Pro-Copy is one of the best printout shop near University of South Florida providing great customer service and satisfaction with amazing staff. I have been a regular customer of Pro-Copy from last 3-4 years. I have visited them for various services including printout and photocopy. The prices are also low and for students if they show their id card the prices are more lower. The staff is great and always ready to help you if you have any issue.

It's my first time here but I wouldn't go back and I recommend looking for another place the prices are high and I tried to send a file by mail and it didn't arrive the person who helped me doesn't care if you can print or not it's just standing there look for another place not this one it's good.

Ive never once gone to this place without them screwing something up. Normally, I don't care too much, its a busy shop and the staff are usually apologetic and helpful after the fact. Today however I dealt with a clerk that was completely unhelpful and willfully obtuse about charging me for a print that their machines screwed up. Should have got his name. If you need something done and done right, just go to staples or something.

famously good place , but eliza needs training. been there a lot of times, but she definitely needs training. over charged me. and then after over charging, she wants you to come back over next day for refund. its disgusting.

I've been coming here for about 5 years now and used it in times when i needed it the most. From the time i used to print school documents to job documents now. I have many late night memories of coming here to print important documents coz it's open 24/7. Never stood in check out lines for more than 2 minutes coz there are always enough employees. They also offer scan, fax, and other services. Color prints are 30 cents and black and white are 20 cents. Computers are 30 cents a minute. BUT on Tuesdays, black and white prints are 5 cents and on Fridays, black and white prints and computer times are half off. There's also a 10 percent student discount.
